At FurKiss, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Return request must be made within [7/14] days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order number) must be provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Items returned after the return period

3. How to Initiate a Return

Please email us at furkiss.sg.2025@gmail.com with:

  • Your name and order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return (optional)

We will provide return instructions and shipping details. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within [7–10] business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Include photos of the item and packaging.
